Printing, retention and service life
The base is printed in pink resin certified for intraoral use, then washed and post-cured to the manufacturer protocol.
A printed interim partial denture, one to three teeth, designed from your scan to hold the space and the esthetics through healing or osseointegration.
Base drawn on the intraoral scan, with no alginate impression and no poured model.
The file is archived: a breakage is replaced without restarting the case.
Designed on the pre-operative scan and delivered for same-day insertion.
Even thickness and a slim palatal transition, which the printed resin allows.
Wire clasps, resin rests, or a base with no visible clasp on anterior cases.
Teeth and base selected in the recorded shade, not in a default one.

The flipper covers one to three missing teeth, mostly anterior, for a limited period.
For same-day insertion at the extraction, send the pre-operative scan with the tooth still in place: we design the base on the future situation.
Yes, provided you send us the scan before the procedure, with the tooth still in place. We remove the tooth virtually, draw the base on the ridge as it will be after extraction, and the piece is ready for immediate insertion. A light chairside reline may be needed after initial healing.
The base is relieved over the healing abutment and the pontic is unloaded so that no pressure reaches the ridge. Tell us the exact stage of the site: submerged implant, healing abutment in place, or graft healing. Those are three different designs.
The file is kept. We reprint the same piece without restarting the case and without a new impression, which is the main argument for the digital workflow on this product. If the fracture points to a design weakness, we reinforce that area before reprinting.
Rarely. A properly drawn palatal extension provides retention on most anterior one to three tooth cases. We only place facial clasps when the situation leaves no choice, and we discuss it with you before doing so.
It is an interim piece, intended for the length of a healing or osseointegration period. Beyond that the resin wears, occlusion shifts and the ridge remodels under the base. If definitive treatment has to be postponed for a long time, a better-supported transitional partial is the sounder choice and we will say so.
