Closed, open and sectional versions
The closed tray covers removable prosthetics, relines and the functional impression.
Custom impression trays printed in biocompatible resin, with a calibrated spacer, in closed, open pick-up or sectional versions, with stops and a handle designed for your impression technique.
Uniform thickness across the whole surface, set for the material you use.
Three stops to prevent over-seating and to give the same position at every try-in.
The border follows the reflection line read off the scan, not a hand approximation.
Openings positioned over the transfers, dimensioned from the scan bodies.
Straight, offset or omitted, depending on mouth opening and technique.
The file is kept: an identical second tray reprints with no new impression.
The closed tray covers removable prosthetics, relines and the functional impression.
We print in resin certified for short-term intraoral use, then wash and post-cure it according to the manufacturer protocol.
The file for every tray is kept: an identical reprint requires no new impression.
Because spacer thickness becomes a number instead of a gesture. A hand-adapted resin sheet varies from one point of the palate to the next, which varies material pressure and therefore accuracy. Printing holds the same thickness everywhere, places the stops exactly where they were drawn, and reproduces identically.
It depends on the material you use, which is why we ask. Alginate needs more room than polyether or a low-viscosity silicone, and a mucocompressive impression is not set up like a mucostatic one. Tell us the material and the technique and we handle the rest.
We print in resin certified for short-term intraoral contact and we apply the manufacturer wash and post-cure protocol in full. That step is what guarantees no residual monomer remains at the surface.
Yes, from an intraoral scan. That is in fact the most common case today: you scan, we print, and you take the definitive impression on an already fitted tray. If all you have is a stone model, send it and we will digitise it.
Yes, printed through the same workflow and from the same file, with the wax rim mounted. Ask for them at the same time as the tray: both pieces are produced in the same run and it does not extend your schedule.
