Implant-Supported Prosthesis

Full-arch All-on-X rehabilitations, screw-retained fixed prostheses, hybrid crowns and custom abutments, designed and manufactured in Laval, compatible with the major implant platforms.

Two full-arch prostheses on implant bars
01

Full-arch All-on-X rehabilitation

On a full arch, design matters as much as milling.

Screw-retained zirconia bridge on implants with gingival shading
02

Screw-retained fixed prostheses

The screw-retained prosthesis remains the first choice whenever maintenance matters: it comes off and goes back on without destroying the restoration, and it removes the risk of residual cement in the sulcus.

Implant crown with an angled screw channel
03

Angled screw access

An off-axis implant no longer forces you to cement.

Crown on a titanium base
04

Hybrid crowns on a titanium base

The hybrid crown pairs a titanium base, which carries the connection, with a zirconia or lithium disilicate superstructure bonded onto it.

Custom abutments milled in titanium and zirconia
05

Custom abutments

A stock abutment follows the geometry of the implant.

Immediate temporary prosthesis with photogrammetry scan bodies
06

Immediate temporary prosthesis

The immediate temporary is fabricated before surgery from your planning, then adjusted and screwed the same day.

Specify the brand, the platform and the connection type at intake: the piece is designed on the matching manufacturer library.

Frequently asked questions

The implant-supported prosthesis in practice

Screw-retained or cement-retained, what do you recommend?

Screw-retained whenever the axis allows it, angled channel included. It comes off without destroying the restoration, it removes the risk of residual subgingival cement, and it makes long-term maintenance far simpler. Cement-retained keeps its place when the axis is too divergent for angled access or when prosthetic space rules out the screw shaft.

Do you work with original or compatible components?

Both, according to your prescription. We use original titanium bases and interfaces by default on anterior single units and on full arches. If you prefer certified compatible components for cost reasons, say so at intake and we confirm availability for your platform.

How do you reproduce the emergence profile developed with the provisional?

Send us a scan of the temporary crown in place, then a second scan of the site immediately after removal, with the scan body. Superimposing the two gives us the exact shape of the mucosal tunnel, which we transfer onto the definitive piece rather than redrawing it from memory.

What do you need for a full arch?

An intraoral scan of both arches, implant positions captured by photogrammetry or by pick-up impression with a verification jig, a vertical dimension record, and a photographic series. On complex cases we prefer to plan the day with you before surgery rather than receive the case afterwards.

Do you remake a piece whose fit is not satisfactory?

Yes. If the piece does not seat the way it should, it is remade. Return it with the verification jig or the control scan and we identify whether the discrepancy came from the design, the milling or the position capture.
