Founded in 2007 in Laval by Michel Arab T.P.A.D. and Maher Karo T.P.A.D., Laboratoire Dentaire AIDE was born from a shared vision: to create a laboratory where artisanal expertise meets cutting-edge technology.
From the start, the founders emphasized a service that few laboratories offer: on-site assistance. Our technicians travel directly to clinics to support dentists during complex cases.

With more than 30 years of experience in dental prosthetics, Maher Karo is co-owner of Laboratoire Dentaire AIDE as well as Laboratoire Dentaire Concorde Canada. Driven by a deep passion for the well-being, comfort and quality of life of patients, he places people at the heart of every piece he creates. His demand for excellence and his attention to detail make him an indispensable pillar of the laboratory.
With nearly 35 years of experience in the dental field, Michel Arab is co-founder of Laboratoire Dentaire AIDE as well as Laboratoire Dentaire Concorde Canada. Always at the forefront of new technologies, Michel recently integrated photogrammetry into his practice. His collaborative approach and his commitment to cutting-edge innovation allow him to deliver high-quality aesthetic and functional solutions. Working closely with dental professionals, he provides personalized technical support and service that meets the most demanding expectations.
